In this role, you'll lead financial evaluations of strategic deals and platform partnerships at Roku, a leader in TV streaming. You'll build financial models, analyze markets, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive executive decision-making and optimize enterprise value.

Requirements

• Skilled FP&A Manager with experience in strategic deals and partnership evaluation
• Strong financial modeling and valuation expertise
• Ability to partner with senior management and cross-functional teams
• Experience in platform or tech industry preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead financial evaluation of deals and platform partnerships, including reporting, forecasting, and ROI analysis
• Analyze markets, assess opportunities, and build frameworks to drive executive decisioning
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business development, corp dev, sales, and product to structure scalable agreements
• Build and maintain financial models (P&L, cash flow, scenario/sensitivity) and translate deal economics into forecasts and long-term plans
• Prepare executive-ready materials and provide finance insight during negotiations
