💼 About This Role

You'll champion quality throughout the entire software development lifecycle by adopting a 'shift left' mindset, collaborating with Product Managers and Developers from the start. You'll build robust automated testing strategies and leverage AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency. This role requires onsite attendance in Trivandrum 4+ days per week.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage early in design reviews and requirements gathering.
• Design comprehensive testing strategies for complex features.
• Architect and develop scalable automated test scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of software QA experience with enterprise web apps.
• Proven shift-left experience with stories and acceptance criteria.
• Proficiency in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
• API testing (REST/GraphQL) using Postman or similar.

✨ Nice to Have

• Salesforce platform experience.
• Experience with AI-powered coding tools (Windsurf, Cursor).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
