🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for critical and complex roles
- Design and implement structured interview processes and scorecards
- Build scalable workflows and automate low-leverage tasks
- Coach hiring managers on interviewing and decision-making
📋 Requirements
- 5–8+ years of recruiting experience with significant in-house experience
- Proven ability to run full-cycle recruiting across a range of roles
- Experience in early-stage or high-growth environments
- Track record of building or improving recruiting processes
