You'll build and run Leap's hiring engine, partnering with founders to scale headcount through structured processes and AI-driven automation. Your core impact is designing scalable workflows that reduce manual effort while delivering high-quality hires.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for critical and complex roles
  • Design and implement structured interview processes and scorecards
  • Build scalable workflows and automate low-leverage tasks
  • Coach hiring managers on interviewing and decision-making

📋 Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of recruiting experience with significant in-house experience
  • Proven ability to run full-cycle recruiting across a range of roles
  • Experience in early-stage or high-growth environments
  • Track record of building or improving recruiting processes
