💼 About This Role

You'll lead a high-performing sales engineering team to drive adoption of Securiti AI's data security solutions. Your work will directly impact revenue targets and establish Veeam as a leader in AI-powered data security posture management. This role offers the chance to shape technical strategy for a market leader post-acquisition.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute regional technical sales plans to drive solution adoption.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales engineering team.
• Drive enterprise solution cycles from discovery to close with C-level executives.
• Establish and maintain technical relationships with key partners and system integrators.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of enterprise software or technical sales engineering experience.
• At least 5 years in pre-sales or technical leadership roles.
• Proven track record of enabling or supporting revenue targets in enterprise SaaS.
• Extensive experience architecting and demonstrating complex solutions in security, privacy, or compliance.

• Previous success supporting sales to Fortune 500 companies in regulated industries.
• Track record of building strategic partnerships with major consulting firms.
• Advanced degree (MBA or MS) preferred.
