💼 About This Role

You'll design core B2B Post Sales product features at an early-stage company backed by a16z. You'll collaborate directly with founders and engineers, setting the design vision and system. This role offers ownership of complex design problems that impact a massive product surface area.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Dig into customer problems and feedback
• Collaborate with product and engineering throughout a project
• Generate high fidelity mocks and think through UI/UX
• Build up the design system alongside team members

📋 Requirements

• Located in (or will relocate to) San Francisco
• Very organized and hard working
• Interest in tinkering with the product and suggesting improvements
