Description

As a 1099 contractor on Headspace's network, you'll provide virtual therapy sessions to members using a HIPAA-compliant platform, with concurrent note-taking included in the session rate. You'll work within a collaborative care team and have access to clinical training and support.

Requirements

• 3+ years clinical psychotherapy experience
• Independent master's or doctoral-level clinical license in good standing
• Ability to offer at least 10 sessions per week with flexible availability
• Competence in evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness) and measurement-based care
• Comfort with care delivery technology (EMR, video conferencing, Google apps)

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality teletherapy via HIPAA-compliant video platform
• Complete and lock clinical case notes within 48 hours per session
• Maintain licensure documentation and update availability calendar
• Collaborate with care team including coaches, psychiatrists, and external providers
