You'll lead client relationships for an AI-native revenue platform, helping finance teams automate contract-to-cash workflows. You'll drive adoption of ASC 606 automation and reduce DSO through data-driven success plans. This role combines deep accounting expertise with customer success at a well-funded startup.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts for adoption and renewal.
- Deliver onboarding and training to finance and AR teams.
- Proactively resolve product, process, and data issues.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to Product teams.
- Monitor account health using BI tools and dashboards.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years as a controller, AR lead, or revenue accountant.
- Deep fluency in B2B invoicing, collections, and ASC 606.
- Experience with ERPs (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage) and CRMs.
- Consultative communication with finance and technical stakeholders.

- Big Four or fintech/SaaS consulting background.
- Project management mindset and multi-stakeholder coordination.
- Bilingual in accounting and technology.
