💼 About This Role

You'll manage daily operations of a cookie store, supervising and training team members. You'll ensure excellent customer service and support the Store Ops Manager with ordering and inventory. This role offers rapid growth opportunities in a fun, team-oriented environment with free cookies every shift.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform as Manager-on-Duty during scheduled shifts
• Supervise, train and coach 2-5 team members
• Lead new hourly staff onboarding and initial training
• Support Store Ops Manager with ordering, inventory control and scheduling

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail store
• Prior experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly support staff
• Prior Point of Sale (POS) systems experience
• Ability to work a 4-5 day work week including mid-to-late shifts (Thurs-Sun)
