💼 About This Role

You'll own the full commercial surface area for a fast-growing AI communication platform, handling renewals, expansions, and billing conversations directly with existing customers. Your core impact is negotiating contract terms live on calls, including proration and upgrades, to drive net revenue retention. This role stands out for its hands-on commercial ownership without hunting new logos.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run commercial calls for renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and expansions
• Perform contract math live including proration and overage analysis
• Draft and send contracts, amendments, and supersession agreements
• Own Stripe billing issues like disputes, refunds, and subscription changes
• Partner with CSMs to flag accounts for commercial conversations

📋 Requirements

• Direct customer-facing commercial experience negotiating renewals or contracts
• Ability to do proration math live on calls without freezing
• Composure under pressure with frustrated customers
• Contract and billing fluency including proration, credits, and supersession
• Experience with Stripe or similar billing platform
