💼 About This Role

You'll lead technical implementation and system maintenance for cloud-connected drone products at Skydio, the leading US drone company. You'll act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring successful deployment of dock-based vehicles and complex hardware/network installations. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge autonomous flight technology for enterprise customers across utilities and public safety.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deploy and configure cloud-connected devices and software on customer sites
• Communicate with customers to understand and address their needs
• Resolve complaints and track all client-related processes
• Develop and maintain deployment documentation and standard operating procedures

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience supporting cloud connected devices
• Experience with WiFi networking required
• Familiarity with Linux OS
• Ability to travel 75% of the time

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Mapping, Surveying, or Photogrammetry
• Basic software development knowledge (scripting)
• Working knowledge of REST APIs
