Description

You will handle customer billing, revenue accounting, collections, and month-end close, working with a close-knit accounting team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in a high-tech environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years revenue accounting experience
• Working knowledge of revenue recognition
• Understanding of U.S. GAAP accounting principles
• Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, PivotTable, INDEX MATCH)

Responsibilities

• Generate and submit invoices per customer requirements
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies
• Prepare deferred revenue and revenue recognition schedules under U.S. GAAP
• Pursue collection of outstanding accounts receivable and recommend reserves/write-offs
• Prepare account reconciliations and resolve reconciling differences
