You'll lead creative field events and programs for Replit's Enterprise business and community of builders. You'll collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to drive pipeline and accelerate deal cycles. This role offers autonomy and the chance to shape a growing marketing function.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute creative field events like trade shows and hackathons.
• Organize community events such as hackathons and livestreams.
• Serve as marketing liaison to sales and cross-functional teams.
• Track pipeline performance and tie programs to revenue goals.

📋 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of field marketing experience in tech.
• Experience organizing virtual or in-person events for developers.
• Proven ability to align programs with multi-touch enterprise buyer journeys.
• Experience partnering with multinational enterprises or portfolio brands.
