💼 About This Role

You'll lead the daily logistics operations at one of our Hubs, managing a team of 30-200 Runners. Your impact will drive efficient delivery processes and continuous improvement of Hub KPIs. You'll have ownership from goods receipt to perfect delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach and motivate a team of 70-200 Runners with 5-10 team leaders
• Oversee the entire delivery process from goods receipt to customer
• Manage planning, rosters, and handle runner/team leader queries
• Work on projects to improve Hub KPIs and operational efficiency

📋 Requirements

• 1-4 years of relevant managerial experience
• MBO or HBO thinking level (Supply Chain background preferred)
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Full-time availability
