You'll handle work orders independently and assist with preventative maintenance across the community. This role requires HVAC certification and a working knowledge of routine repairs, supporting a well-maintained environment.

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs timely and professionally.
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make-ready status.
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Perform building and common area upkeep daily.

📋 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• EPA/HVAC Certification.
• Two years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
