💼 About This Role

You'll lead a computational geometry team building the generative model at Higharc's core. Your team owns the parametric system that produces fully-resolved 2D and 3D buildable geometry. This is a first-in-Europe role with genuine autonomy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead planning and delivery across generative model, geometry pipeline, and BDG APIs.
• Build out the European BDG team and attract top computational geometry engineers.
• Partner with PMs to scope PRDs and assess feasibility.
• Coordinate with the other BDG EM to keep technical direction coherent across teams.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering with significant time in CAD/CAM or computational geometry.
• 2+ years managing technically deep engineering teams.
• Deep background in computational geometry (boolean operations, mesh processing, BReps, constraint solving).
• Strong expertise in parametric and generative modeling of 2D/3D geometries.
