Description

You will own the security strategy for Parloa's AI platform, building the programs, tooling, and culture that protect enterprise customer conversations. You'll lead the SecOps team, drive application and cloud security, and be the product security voice in customer engagements.

Requirements

• 12+ years in security with 5+ years leading security teams
• Deep hands-on experience with cloud-native, containerized environments (AWS/GCP, Kubernetes)
• Strong application security background
• Proven detection response expertise
• Effective communicator across audiences

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product and platform security strategy
• Lead and grow the security team
• Own application security across SDLC
• Design and implement security architectures for cloud-native and Kubernetes
• Build and run detection and response program
