You'll own the full sales cycle for inbound and product-led accounts at companies with up to 250 employees. You'll engage with data engineers and technical founders during evaluation, acting as a trusted advisor. This role combines deep technical credibility with commercial ownership, offering a rare craft-focused opportunity.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own full sales cycle from inbound lead to close for sub-250 employee accounts.
- Engage with data engineers and technical founders to map use cases to ClickHouse.
- Troubleshoot schema design, ingestion patterns, and integration challenges.
- Identify expansion opportunities within self-serve and product-led customer base.
๐ Requirements
- Technical foundation built as data engineer, solutions architect, or similar.
- Comfort with modern data stack: columnar databases, streaming ingestion, SQL.
- Customer-facing experience in pre-sales, TAM, or solutions engineering.
- Ownership mentality with ability to operate autonomously.
โจ Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with ClickHouse, DuckDB, Druid, or Pinot.
- Experience at a developer-first or open-source company.
- Participation in developer community events or meetups.
