💼 About This Role

You'll support the administration of global benefits, leave programs, and immigration matters across the USA, Canada, and India. You'll take end-to-end ownership of key HR operations processes and drive impact at scale. This role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced global environment with a publicly traded tech-enabled brokerage.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer employee benefits programs across USA, Canada, and India
• Process benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations
• Manage company retirement plans and 401k audits
• Lead benefits open enrollment and wellness programs
• Coordinate leave administration and visa sponsorships

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in HR Operations, benefits, or leave administration
• Experience supporting global teams (USA, Canada, India)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS, benefits platforms, LMS tools)

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
