Description

As a Bike Delivery Courier at Insomnia Cookies, you will deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe fashion, providing quality customer service and using the company's delivery app to update customers. You'll be the main face of the brand outside the bakery, bringing sweet treats to fans in Omaha.

Requirements

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of the 1-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus
• Must have your own non-motorized bicycle in working order (electronic bikes are not permitted)
• Must have a smartphone with data plan
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
• Deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to loyal fan base in a timely and safe fashion
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers whether in-person or by phone
• Use Insomnia's delivery app to approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers
