Description

You will integrate data analysis and analytics engineering to maintain Airflow ETL processes, analyze operational pain points, and develop automation tools using Python and AI. Your work will directly support supplier support, customer support, and andon teams to optimize their experience.

Requirements

• Strong engineering mindset with experience in data analysis and analytics engineering
• Proficiency in Presto/Hive SQL and Airflow for large-scale data processing
• Experience with Python for automation development
• Familiarity with AI tools like Windsurf, Gemini, Copilot, LangChain, MCP Server
• Ability to quickly support operational teams and deliver actionable insights

Responsibilities

• Support operational teams with Ad-Hoc analysis and high-quality data reports
• Conduct operational pain point and root cause analysis using customer experience funnels
• Build and maintain end-to-end data pipelines (ETL) using Presto/Hive SQL and Airflow
• Develop automation tools and scripts using Python and AI to reduce manual tasks
• Integrate Slack, GitHub, Zendesk, Tableau, Presto, Confluence, and internal APIs for automation
