You'll support the implementation and maintenance of revenue systems like Salesforce and Gainsight for a remote-first team. Your work will directly improve commercial team performance through streamlined workflows and data-driven insights.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute day-to-day system updates and support implementations
• Partner with Strategy team to evaluate and implement scalable solutions
• Design enablement plans focusing on usability and adoption
• Manage technology platforms, workflows, and data integrations

📋 Requirements

• Basic understanding of business workflows and process improvement
• Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM
• Familiarity with at least one revenue tool like Gainsight, Gong, Kantata, or Power BI
• Experience driving adoption through training and communication

✨ Nice to Have

• Ability to connect system improvements to revenue growth
• Comfort with data flows and integrations (not coding-heavy)
• Experience supporting enablement efforts like creating training materials
