Description

As an Analyst at StepStone Infrastructure Real Assets, you will provide analytical, modeling, and transactional support to the team, advising clients on global infrastructure investments. You will build financial models, conduct investment research and diligence, and contribute to investment memos and client presentations.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience at an investment bank, project finance firm, professional services firm, investment manager, or limited partner
• Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related field
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Excellent memo and presentation writing skills
• Client interaction skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Build and modify sophisticated financial models, including DCF, comparable company analysis, and scenario/sensitivity analysis
• Prepare investment memos, presentations, and advisory materials for clients
• Conduct research and due diligence on investment opportunities across primary funds, secondaries, co-investments, and direct investments
• Articulate investment arguments and defend positions in team and Investment Committee meetings
• Support senior staff in sourcing and managing investment opportunities
