You'll own the long-term ML strategy for a leading AI photo editing platform, training foundational models and bridging ML with Product, Sales, and Engineering. Your work will directly impact billions of images processed annually and define the future of e-commerce visuals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own long-term ML strategy and train foundational models from scratch
• Lead and scale the ML team of 10+ engineers and researchers
• Drive technical excellence through code review and performance optimization
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Engineering

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years leading ML/AI teams at product companies
• Deep Computer Vision and Diffusion/GenAI expertise
• Hands-on experience training large foundational models (billion+ parameters)
• Technical credibility to debug training failures and optimize performance
