This role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining Clear Ballot election systems, conducting customer training, and providing immediate technical support during election cycles.

Requirements

• Experience in field service engineering, preferably in technology or election systems
• Expertise in networking with ability to troubleshoot network issues
• Proficient in installing Windows OS and server environments, with computer repair skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to travel up to 70% and lift equipment up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain election systems at customer sites
• Conduct comprehensive training sessions for customers
• Provide immediate on-site technical support during election activities
• Perform regular system maintenance and updates
• Collaborate with engineering teams to report field observations and improve products
