Description

You'll lead multiple client engagements in data analytics and AI, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. You'll manage teams of data engineers and AI specialists, serve as the primary client contact, and drive agile practices to align deliverables with business goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in consulting or professional services, preferably data analytics or AI implementation
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in data-driven environments
• Exposure to Snowflake, DBT, or similar modern data stack technologies preferred
• Strong understanding of analytics engineering and data engineering principles
• Experience building and presenting strategic roadmaps for data initiatives

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent client projects, ensuring on-schedule and within-budget delivery
• Serve as primary client liaison, communicating with executive and technical stakeholders
• Lead implementation teams of data engineers, analytics engineers, and AI specialists
• Plan sprints or Kanban, drive agile practices, and manage project roadmaps
• Facilitate client workshops and discovery sessions to identify business requirements
