You'll independently manage cross-functional project teams and support junior team members as a senior member of clinical operations. This role is key to delivering high-quality clinical trials in a global full-service ophthalmic CRO.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage cross-functional project teams to deliver clinical trials
• Create and maintain project timelines and budgets
• Review study metrics for performance and quality
• Prepare high-quality reports on program status

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years clinical trial experience
• 3+ years clinical project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Life Science

✨ Nice to Have

• Ophthalmology experience
• Experience with Veeva TMF and CTMS
• Multi-lingual communication
