You'll provide compassionate hospice care to clients in Philadelphia County, making home visits and managing palliative care. Your work ensures patients can remain comfortably at home while receiving needed medical attention.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and comfort care
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to management
• Perform client assessments and document doctors' orders

📋 Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
• Minimum one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned
