You'll manage client relationships in the Banking & Insurance vertical, ensuring value-added solutions drive revenue and satisfaction. You'll coordinate with internal teams to exceed service agreements and help clients leverage data and analytics for decision-making.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as single post-sales support contact for customers
• Coordinate with Delivery, Onboarding, Implementation, and Customer Service teams
• Conduct Customer Value Touchpoints to document use cases and KPIs
• Identify and facilitate customer training needs

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in sales, client service, or account management
• Proficient in SFDC, KPI, and BI Portal systems
• Strong knowledge of enterprise product line for business unit solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• 3-5 years of project management experience
