Description

You will support conversion plans onboarding to the client's platform by reviewing asset transfers, reconciling investments, and coordinating with internal teams and sub-custodians. You'll work with CRM systems and help maintain operating procedures to ensure smooth transitions.

Requirements

• Optimistic, flexible, team-oriented, results-driven
• Good understanding of mutual funds, stable value funds, and ETF trading/settlement
• Strong aptitude for numbers and reconciliation
• Proactive, analytical problem-solver
• US Eastern Time availability (7:30am - 4:30pm)

Responsibilities

• Review and record cash/in-kind asset transfers in trust accounting system
• Work with sub-custodians to settle trades for mutual funds, stable value funds, ETFs
• Perform reconciliations of invested assets and cash activity between systems
• Coordinate with Implementation Managers and Investment teams for plan transitions
• Update and maintain client data within CRM systems
