Requirements

• Advanced degree required (PharmD, PhD, MD or equivalent)
• Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech Medical Affairs
• Expertise in MSL operations and field medical excellence
• Knowledge of global regulations (FDA, EMA, GxP, ICH, PhRMA)
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Lead creation and execution of global MSL excellence strategy
• Establish global standards for scientific exchange and external engagement
• Develop and maintain global MSL competency model and certification programs
• Define KPIs and dashboards for MSL performance and scientific engagement
• Oversee global processes for Field Medical, including engagement planning and territory management
