You'll prepare vehicles for cosmetic paintwork at Carvana, including sanding, masking, and buffing. Your role ensures cars are in first-rate condition for customers. You'll work in a high-tech inspection center with state-of-the-art tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Sanding and masking vehicles before painting
• Performing final sanding before paint application
• Buffing and touch-up after painting
• Mixing paint colors as needed

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of professional automotive painting experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and age 18+
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime when needed
