Description

You will attract, select, and onboard top talent for Cabify, managing end-to-end recruitment processes while strengthening our employer brand and using data-driven insights. Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, improve recruitment tools and strategies, and lead talent projects like diversity hiring or campus recruitment.

Requirements

  • Proven recruitment experience, preferably in fast-paced or tech environment
  • Familiarity with ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Data-driven mindset for optimizing hiring processes
  • University degree in HR, Psychology, Business or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills

  • Source and identify talent through multiple channels
  • Manage full recruitment cycle from first contact to onboarding
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and strategies
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes with new tools and techniques
