Description
You will attract, select, and onboard top talent for Cabify, managing end-to-end recruitment processes while strengthening our employer brand and using data-driven insights. Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, improve recruitment tools and strategies, and lead talent projects like diversity hiring or campus recruitment.
Requirements
- Proven recruitment experience, preferably in fast-paced or tech environment
- Familiarity with ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Data-driven mindset for optimizing hiring processes
- University degree in HR, Psychology, Business or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills

- Source and identify talent through multiple channels
- Manage full recruitment cycle from first contact to onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and strategies
- Continuously improve recruitment processes with new tools and techniques
