🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise daily clinic operations within the PACE clinic
• Assign duties and mentor nursing staff
• Support onboarding, training, and performance evaluations
• Manage clinic staff schedules and supply levels

📋 Requirements

• Current, unrestricted RN license in California
• Proven ability to lead nursing teams and manage clinic operations
• Experience in staff scheduling and conflict resolution
• At least 1 year experience with geriatric population

• Spanish or Russian fluency
• Certified in medical translation
