Description

You will lead the end-to-end onboarding of new systematic trading teams and trading strategies, design research and trading solutions, and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure successful deployment. You will also manage broker relationships, vendor negotiations, and provide operational support for trading activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years relevant work experience in financial services
• BS/MS in finance, statistics, math, engineering, or computer science
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Working experience in Python and SQL
• Understanding of global market structure and electronic trading systems

Responsibilities

• Manage complete project lifecycle for launching new PM teams into production
• Design PM research and trading solutions that adhere to firm standards
• Educate PM teams on operating procedures and technology integration
• Lead strategy rollout projects with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide day-to-day support for operational procedures
