• Manage relationships with airline and hotel loyalty partners
• Source new partnership opportunities across global travel providers
• Support negotiation of partnership agreements and commercial terms
• Collaborate with product and engineering on partner integrations
• Monitor partner performance and identify optimization opportunities

📋 Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in partnerships or loyalty programs
• Experience with airline, hotel, or travel loyalty programs
• Strong understanding of loyalty ecosystems and points economics
• Experience negotiating and managing external partnerships
