🎯 What You'll Do

• Contact customers for disputed payments and unpaid invoices
• Process accounts and incoming payments per financial policies
• Reconcile check deposit ledger for accurate posting
• Review Positive Pay exceptions daily

📋 Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• At least one year of related experience preferred
