💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) team, guiding strategies that enhance product access and patient outcomes. You'll collaborate with Medical Affairs and commercial teams to execute a cohesive value-based evidence strategy. This fully remote role offers significant impact in healthcare advancements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement US medical communications strategy for product launches and lifecycle management.
• Define and execute publication strategies including manuscripts, abstracts, and congress presentations.
• Co-create scientific communications platform and core narratives for impactful messaging.
• Oversee development of scientifically accurate content across channels and education programs.

📋 Requirements

• Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or related discipline; PhD, PharmD, MD preferred.
• Minimum five years experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• At least five years in medical/scientific communications and publication planning.
• Strong understanding of medical affairs and regulatory environments.
