You will use your manufacturing expertise and French fluency to train large language models by challenging them on topics like Six Sigma, Kaizen, and production scheduling. Your work involves conversing with the model in English and French, verifying factual accuracy, and capturing error traces to improve AI reasoning.

Requirements

• Master's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or related field
• Professional certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, PMP) ideal
• Fluency in French and English
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing environments
• Clear, metacognitive communication skills

Responsibilities

• Challenge AI models on manufacturing topics (Six Sigma, Kaizen, GMP, ISO, etc.)
• Document failure modes and error traces to improve model reasoning
• Converse with the model in English and French on real-world manufacturing scenarios
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model outputs
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
