You'll join the Business Development team in Madrid, supporting account research and strategic prospecting with a focus on cold calling for a global Process Intelligence leader. You'll gain real exposure to tech sales through coaching, mentoring, and ownership of target accounts. This program offers a clear pathway into full-time BDR roles.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Align focus accounts with account team
- Identify key decision makers within target companies
- Prospect via cold calls, emails, and social strategies
- Set up qualified meetings for Account Executives
๐ Requirements
- Student of Business Administration or comparable program
- Native Portuguese proficiency
- Proficient English
- At least 6 months of full-time availability starting July/September 2026
โจ Nice to Have
- First experience in a Sales-related role
- First proficiency with Salesforce, Hubspot, SalesNavigator, SalesLoft
- First experience in account research, planning, and prospecting cold calling
