You'll lead the performance and daily tasks of Pack, Receive, and Kitchen teams at Gopuff, ensuring order accuracy and fast delivery to customers. Your core impact is coaching the team to perfect the customer experience. This role stands out with leadership exposure across operations and cross-functional projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Pack orders and receive inbound inventory
• Supervise associate activities and fill shift gaps
• Oversee facility operations and delivery processes
• Train new associates and execute site projects

📋 Requirements

• 2 years of internal Gopuff experience
• 2+ years of leadership in retail, grocery, military, or restaurant
• Availability during peak hours (5pm-3am) and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds
