💼 About This Role

You'll own and improve high-scale backend services that transform raw data into insights used company-wide. Your core impact will be designing scalable, reliable data enrichment pipelines. This role puts you at the heart of building Qualtrics' data future, working with Go, Python, Java, and Scala.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery of key data enrichment services processing millions of events daily.
• Improve system architecture for reliability, scalability, and performance of data pipelines.
• Mentor team members through reviews, knowledge sharing, and pairing sessions.
• Drive improvements in testing, monitoring, CI/CD, and automation.

📋 Requirements

• Production experience owning and delivering complex backend services.
• Scalable distributed systems design with low-latency data processing.
• Mentoring and influencing engineering practices and decisions.
• Experience with cloud-native infrastructure, CI/CD, and automated testing.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Go, Python, Java, and Scala.
• Familiarity with data processing pipelines and streaming systems.
