You'll provide direct administrative support to the Aftercare Coordinator and serve as second in charge when needed. You'll mentor students, lead enrichment activities, and coordinate curriculum. This role combines tutoring, coaching, and family outreach for a project-based charter school network.

• Provide outreach and communication to families
• Supervise school-aged children indoors and outdoors
• Plan, develop, and facilitate engaging student activities
• Assist students with learning activities and homework

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with students
• TB clearance and background check
