💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana's Fleet Maintenance team, keeping our Class 8 trucks and trailers safe and reliable. Your work ensures vehicle uptime and DOT compliance for a rapidly growing company. No major engine overhauls or roadside calls—just routine maintenance and diagnostics under warranty.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance and component replacements on Class 8 fleet
• Diagnose complex electrical, engine, and transmission problems using diagnostic tools
• Address aftertreatment system issues, perform regens, and change filters
• Maintain accurate records, optimize performance, and ensure DOT compliance

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Heavy-Duty Class 8 trucks or similar equipment
• Strong diagnostic skills for diesel engines, transmissions, and vehicle systems
• Proficiency with diagnostic software and laptop use for manuals
• Must obtain two ASE certifications within first 6 months

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with aftertreatment systems and electrical diagnostics
• Comfortable with MIG welding
• T-series ASE certifications
