You'll own and evolve critical parts of Brigit's Instant Cash experience, shaping core growth and credit performance loops. Your work will directly influence adoption, engagement, and portfolio health at a high-scale fintech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own core Instant Cash funnel and lifecycle improvements
• Design access and eligibility strategies with Risk and Data
• Build utilization and retention loops for habit formation
• Optimize credit performance balancing growth and loss metrics

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience
• 2+ years leading a product from 1 to 10
• Proven track record owning growth or risk-sensitive product areas
• Experience working with data science or risk teams

• Experience with credit products or underwriting systems
• Background in products driven by utilization and lifecycle engagement
