You'll act as an extension of the Chairman at A1, a proactive AI chat app startup. Your core impact is turning ideas into execution across hiring, partnerships, fundraising, and market entry. This role tackles the highest-priority initiatives from shaping China expansion to closing key hires and building operating systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive China market entry strategy and execution
• Build and execute initial hiring plans and close talent
• Support fundraising by preparing materials and managing investor relations
• Establish A1's presence in China including office setup and vendors

📋 Requirements

• Background in consulting (MBB), top-tier VC, or high-performance operating roles
• Strong generalist ability to switch between strategy, hiring, and execution
• High agency and ability to operate with incomplete information
• Clear and concise communication with senior stakeholders
