You'll manage ongoing customer relationships for a SaaS company transforming frontline teams. You'll drive adoption, renewals, and expansion across assigned accounts. This role is fully remote with a collaborative, high-growth culture.

  • Lead onboarding of new customers for successful platform launch.
  • Act as primary point of contact and voice of customer internally.
  • Build strong relationships across customer organizations.
  • Own customer health, renewals, and churn-risk mitigation.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS account management experience.
  • Retail experience preferred in store operations or HQ.
  • Strong analytical skills using customer data to assess health.
  • Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Experience with SSO, hierarchy/user setup, and training.
  • Familiarity with AI tools to improve productivity.
