๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead onboarding of new customers for successful platform launch.
- Act as primary point of contact and voice of customer internally.
- Build strong relationships across customer organizations.
- Own customer health, renewals, and churn-risk mitigation.
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS account management experience.
- Retail experience preferred in store operations or HQ.
- Strong analytical skills using customer data to assess health.
- Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration.
