You'll support Komodo Health's contracting function by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating standard commercial agreements. You'll partner with Sales and Deal Desk to enable deal execution while managing risk. This role is critical to maintaining deal velocity in a high-growth healthcare data company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate standard commercial agreements
• Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, and Finance to support deal execution
• Manage contract lifecycle including amendments, renewals, and terminations
• Maintain accurate records in CLM systems like LinkSquares

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of SaaS contract management or legal operations experience
• Proven success drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
• Experience managing multiple contracts simultaneously with attention to detail
• Hands-on experience with CLM tools such as LinkSquares or Salesforce

• Experience in a high-growth SaaS company
• Prior exposure to healthcare or life sciences sectors
• Basic familiarity with government or public sector contracting
