💼 About This Role

You'll create an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans at Hot Topic. You'll share your fandom knowledge, stock products, and help merchandise the store in a visually appealing way while ensuring customers get their favorite merch.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide customer service and product knowledge on the sales floor.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales at the register.
• Assist with planogram changes, including store map and fixtures.
• Maintain stock room organization and keep the store tidy.

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience working in a retail environment.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to navigate store and merchandise product using approved equipment.
• Ability to pack and unpack boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
