You'll support multiple classrooms at an award-winning early education center, flexing across infant, toddler, and preschool age groups. You'll ensure consistent high-quality care while building meaningful relationships with children, teachers, and families.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support lead teachers with daily classroom activities and lesson prep
• Provide flexible coverage across infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms
• Step into different classrooms to maintain consistent, high-quality care
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing environment

📋 Requirements

• EEC Teacher Certification, CDA, or equivalent degree and experience
• Daycare experience in a center-based or private school setting
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand up to 90% of the workday
