You'll drive organizational readiness and user adoption of SAP, bridging technical implementations and people enablement. Your core impact is ensuring stakeholders successfully transition from current state to future-state SAP solutions, balancing change enablement and data integrity for stable cutovers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct stakeholder and impact assessments across SAP workstreams.
• Develop change strategy, communications, and role-based training.
• Track adoption KPIs and manage resistance and sponsor engagement.
• Oversee post-go-live value realization and continuous improvement.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• SAP domain fluency in MM, SD, FI/CO, PP modules.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation methodologies.
• Knowledge of integration points like EDI, CPI, and middleware.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with SAP Cloud ALM and BTP.
• Experience with modern SAP toolsets.
